Leatherback Sea Turtle
This is the largest living sea turtle. They are tiny when they’re born (just 5 cm), but can reach lengths of up to 2.5 m. Their carapace is extremely tough. If they are antagonised, they can become very aggressive. They reproduce every two to three years, laying 50/150 eggs at a time. They are excellent swimmers.
